“APOLOGIZE TO BOOK HARAM OVER YUSUF’S MURDER” PASTOR BAKARE TO FG

Pastor Tunde Bakare of the Latter Rain Assembly and who has once been Vice-Presidential running mate of General Muhammadu Buhari in the 2011 Presidential Elections, has said that one of the ways to end terrorists’ activities in the country as perpetrated by the Islamist militant-Boko Haram, is for the federal government to apologies to the group over the killing of its leader, Mohammed Yusuf in 2009. He said this while addressing the state of the nation in Lagos.
He also said that with the attack on General Buhari last week, it’s now obvious that terrorism in the country has taken a different turn.

Please read below in his words: “But for the timely intervention of God, last week’s assassination attempt on General Muhamadu Buhari might have marked the beginning of the end for Nigeria if it had succeeded,” “We will not also ignore the fact that at the root of the escalation of the Boko Haram crisis was oppression and injustice. “The summary execution of the Boko Haram’s former leader, Mohammed Yusuf in 2009 provided the soil of martyrdom for the nurture and growth of the sect. Government must declare peace first of all; apologizing for the murder of Mohammed Yusuf to the sect members, not their sympathizers or bandits,” Guys, what is he talking about? He just noticed that B’Haram has taken another turn because there was an attack on his ally, Buhari. He never suggested this since the insurgents have been massacring thousands of innocent Nigerians. He should not tell it to our face that some animals are more equal than others. We already know. What do you think about the FG apologizing to B'Haram?.
