Alhaji Abdullahi Minkaila, the Kano Resident Electoral Commissioner and the officer in-charge of last week Presidential election, was last night burnt to death with his family in a Strange fire incident. Alhaji Minkaila according to news reaching us, was burnt along with his wife and two children, in an inferno when his residence was engulfed by fire.
